Annual Gala/Events

At KCIS' 9th annual fundraising event, we paid tribute to our legendary founder, Jila Kashef, whose legacy lives on in the fabric of KCIS. With special performances from Ziba Shirazi and the Paris Chansons Band, we celebrated KCIS’s achievements of the previous year.

Our 8th annual gala marked KCIS’s first event after the COVID-19 pandemic. While the world went through turmoil, we were proud of our immeasurable progress and expansion of projects during this trying time. The celebrations were complete with storytelling by Boshra, a standup comedy performance by Maz Jobrani, and musical performance by Sepinood.

KCIS celebrated another successful year of growth and impact at its 7th annual gala. Special musical performance by Rana Mansour, storytelling by Boshra, and dancing the night away with the Black Cats completed the festivities.

At our 6th annual gala, KCIS celebrated another successful year of growth and expansion of projects to the earthquake stricken regions of Kermanshah. Special musical performance by Kamyar and dancing the night away with the Black Cats completed the celebrations.

KCIS’s 5th annual gala showcased the expansion of our support to regions beyond Tehran and tremendous growth of our programs. Special musical performance by Kamyar and dancing the night away with the Black Cats completed the celebrations.

At KCIS’s 4th annual gala, we presented the annual report of our program, our growth, as well as the projected growth for the following years. Special performance by Ziba Shirazi and musical performance by Robert Kyle gave the evening a special touch.

KCIS’s 3rd annual gala was filled with uplifting updates and reports of growth for our sponsorship program. Special performance by Ziba Shirazi, musical performance by Hamed Nipay, and dancing the night away with DJ Fariborz completed the celebrations.

KCIS’s 2nd annual gala was a fun filled garden party with reports of growth for our sponsorship program. Special performances by Ziba Shirazi, Shahrzad Sepanlou, Sara Naeini, and Tehran created an unforgettable night for the guests.

Our very first gala was an event beyond our imaginations! With hundreds of guests and tens of volunteers, we broke ground of KCIS’s annual events, leveraging a decade long effort by the team that had led KCIS to that day. It was an unforgettable evening with special musical performance by Ziba Shirazi and the Black Cats, standup comedy by KVon.
