It’s Yara's birthday

My dearest friends,
As some of you know I’ve been working with a non-profit organization called KCIS – Keep Children in School for more than a year now. They provide financial, educational, social, psychological, healthcare, family empowerment, and additional services to disadvantaged children in Iran who show academic promise, with the hope of keeping them in school! They are a small, efficient, honest, and trustworthy organization.
For Yara’s birthday, your presence is your present 🙂 but if you really want to give him a birthday gift, Alireza, Yara, and I would greatly appreciate it if you kindly donate to this wonderful cause.
We love you all and can’t wait to see you soon.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to break the cycle of poverty by helping children stay in school.

Keep Children In School (KCIS) implements its mission by either matching sponsors directly to children whose families cannot afford to keep them in school or accept one time donations, thus enabling them to continue their education from elementary school through college.

What began in 2000 as a small project by family and friends to “give back,” KCIS evolved into a recognized charity in 2010 in the state of California and received its OFAC license (IA-16947) from the department of treasury in 2012.

Help a Child

You can help a child by making a general donation, becoming a sponsor, or contributing to their back to school or Nowruz shopping.

Dedicate an Event

Dedicate your special day and help change lives. It’s easy! Create an event on our website and ask your guests to donate to KCIS in lieu of gifts.
